What methods of payment are supported?
How long does it take for me to receive my money after it has been released?
Stripe can take up to 4 - 7 working days for our payment provider to deposit the funds into your account after they have been released.
What if I believe that there has been an error with my card payment?
In the first instance, please contact us so we can discuss and understand your concerns.
Can I see how much money I have spent on gigexchange?
Go to your pay page to see your expenses.
How do I know I will be paid for my gig?
Our leading payment provider will independently hold the money, for security and peace of mind for the gig worker, as well as a robust disputes policy and reducing fraud on the platform. Once you have completed the work, the gig lister will be notified and they will release payment once they are satisfied with the work completed, as outlined and agreed in the gig listing.
