Money is taken from the gig lister once the gig lister and gig worker both agree terms. 

This is held in Stripe escrow account.

Gig pay release is controlled by the gig lister.

Once work is complete, the gig lister is notified and accepts work completion and then releases payment to the gig worker.

This can take 4-7 days after the release is made.
